[]hiaz.... nvr qualify for finals la today!sian!... damn sadded man!haha.... but i broke my both PB! haha...haha.... my 400m today i came in 5th in my heats!i did a 58.31! haha my last timing was 58.82!15th fastest la... but still sadded la...then in the call room ... so damn funny loheveryone was like joking abt milo!hahathen we even challenge each other after the race loh...i drank 10 cups! haha... cool? haha...after my race... went to mac to eat mac chicken... $2 only!haha!cool rite? hmm.... tehn went back slept for a wile only la... then went to do warm up!wah lao.... sian loh... my 200m! got last in my semibut! i came in 19th... haha! haha.... wahs i was so touched today lohmy whole team ran frm the mrt station back juz to see mr run my 200m!haha... so happy loh! even though dear did not come... my fwens r still there!haha... i was so touched loh! but i let them down! came in last in mysemi! ... sobs sobs... sorry guys! will try harder next timeafter my race... went to see the b girl and c girls ran 800m!none came in last! so proud of them! hahathen 4x400m B boys... they did ok la...also did not come in last!but the most irrating thing is that yi cheng did a 57 for400m! wahs... broke my PB!sadded man... nvm next year... 55s! haha!ok ok my goal! ... hmm after that went back to AMKate loh... eat with mei mei , cindy and shawna.... yup!tok alot... so happie! then went back home!haiz... so tired today but was fulfiling! haha....gg back to sch tromm... sian!tromm still got bball... wahs i will die man!really! haha... think will faint... haha....ok ok i go sleep le... chow!
