ZZZ.... juz came back from a wedding dinner at paramount hotel... wahs... ok la the food... not tt good but not tt bad either... haha... sorry lao po nvr ta pao food back for u... hope u enjoyed ya day at east coast ... haha... moi lao po father very funny 1 leh... no reson oso go beach! haha... ok la... dreamt tt i really married moi lao po before... haha have two kids some more... 1 boi 1 girl... haha crazy rite ? she say i think very far... hmm... ya la 10 years la... maybe? haha got chance! haha.... yup... now two day nvr see her heart abit itchy la... but nvm more itchy better then at least will cherish her when i see her... then i saw the bride and the groom then u know me rite will day dream de.. so dream of me and her... haha... funny? ya la... haha! then i begin to think abt the BBQ thing leh.... then i find it so stupid to get anygry loh... then now i think i m really going too fast... coz moi parents know but her paretns dun mah... so ya la... now will only hold hand when she ask then all this stuff... will slowly progress de... so ya dear next time u 1 u ask ok? haha....

but 1st, today i went to track with a heavy heart
1stly think abt dear loh... abt the BBQ thing and stuff
another thing is becoz abt moi track loh...
chia not happy abt me le... haha!

when i reach there.... he started nagging... haiz as usual.... then it was raining then
he saud lots of crap la.
Mr wong told him tt i said tt track training was not intensive enough
then chia said tt i will do double of wad ppl do... then we did 3 rounds warm up...
did some drills.... did extra loh...
not long the rain stopped loh.... sian
we climbed down the ledder loh...
means we did 400m, 300m, 200m and then 100m loh....

1st we did 400m.... and i mange to do a 59s! haha
and i broke moi record of 60s... wahs so happy! haha
then slacked during the 300m, did a 55s... so bad...
then 200m did a 27s and i only stride k... haha means can get faster 1!
at last we did 100m... the race i got the most pressure 1... haha!

but after the run i felt uneasy!

CC2 Camp

went there at 7.30 loh.... then on the way there dear called me... haha... i am so happy to hear her voive loh... haha! ya loh... haha! then went there at 7.30 then had some ice breaker and bag check... haiz... then left for the camp site... haha.... then went there... we put our thing properly then went for sessions liao... haha! then in the afternoon we had some games at the statium... haha played soccer and ran a 400m loh... haha! then went back to bathe and had dinner then had another session... haha! it was so nice ok the food but juz very little.... haha not enough food! haha then also missed dear like siao.... the camp was very touching too... the 2nd day we woke up at 6.50 and had sessions loh... we wrote letters to our parents to tell them how much i love them ( i oso love u dear!) then in the evening we had a mass then we exchange letters ... so many ppl cried loh... then was saboed by bena for sharing... la... then i told moi parents i love them loh... haha! so touching! haha so many ppl cired and moi mother cried too... haha! then the next day we went home!

i started with a bad day... haiz... missed the bus... but at least dear was there to wait for me... wahs.. so happy ok... then went to white sand 1st to get ice and lunch... we went to the BBQ pit after that... and played in the water! did lots of crappo stuff! haha! cool! then started firte and 7... eat till we dropped but still can't finish the food! sobs! haha.... then dear tole me to get lost... i was so sad then loh... wahs... but she was joking la... but i was still in the emotional mood so felt it as something big u know... ya la, then the feeling abt the BBQ after that was all changed loh... haiz... dun feel so good abt the BBQ after tt... but now still feel abit better, not tt bad... dun worry dear! then toked to wen qi abt it.... then she say tt there's a gap between us loh... for example if there is food i will think for her 1st but i dunno abt dear la... how she think ... something like tt la... then thought abt it then it is quite true la... but then asked dear abt it then she said tt she dun 1 2 neglaect her friends and it was ok for her to do tt la... haha! then she said she put me in her 1st piority but she does not show it only... haha so hope she could show it la... haha! but relax dear... take ya time we got target... 7 years! then we will pull it through de.... we also got hold hands too! haha but not long la... awhile obly la... then the next morning we went to bathe and then went to white sand to had breakfast... we had delfriance loh... haha i shared with dear then took 88 home... haha then after i alighted from the bus... i felt the missing her feeling came back la... dunno this few days got unstable feelings la... haha! ya loh... haiz.... but only a little set back will not break moi relationship with dear!... ok ok see ya tromm! love you forever dear!

haiz.... sorry dear! i let u down today! i broke ya promised... but it really was not moi fault is the guy came flying to me... but NEways... i m really sorry sorry! today as u guys know (if u have been reading moi post) tt we got bball mtach today and we got trashed like siao! haiz... 124 - 13 leh... wahs wad is this man! haha ok ok NEway i injured moi pelvis bone and it is a serious 1! i did not tell dear on the fone coz did not 1 u to worry but i have to say la coz dun 1 2 keep NEthing from her (hope she will keep from me too! haha)... haha it is an old injury la... think 3 weeks to recover...but dun worry dear... please... i m a... can say ok so dun worry! but competition i still 1 2 play so haha... dun tell ppl loh... haha juz suffer in the court! haha! haha,,,, then trm got 2 matches and it is our 1 month anniversary so... must win 1 match! haha! ... ya... then, hmm... can't wait to see wad she gonna give me! and gonna take neo print with her soon! haha! can't wait... hmm.... thnik tt's all la... chow! love u dear! mucks!

haiz today never see moi dear... haiz... heart now so pain loh... haha! but i can't do NEthing so look at neo print loh... haiz i post now coz oso very tired! i wrapped her present (for our 1 month anniversary....) then i dunno how to wrap... then wrap 4 times.... then found out tt it was too big... so cut then the 5th time then i get it right... haha! stupid rite? haha but at least manage to do it la ... hope she will like it... then wrote the letter oso so stressed... dunno how to write loh... then wrote alot of crap la... but it still came from the bottom of moi heart... haha! Hope u like it dear! .... u guys maybe thinking why i must write letter.... the reason is because i asked her to stead using a letter so now i m writing a letter loh... haha so letter is moi theme.... haha! funny? haha but wad to do... but the reason why i put so much effort because i 1 her to rmb this osscasion mah... this is her 1st time steading wad to must make it more memorible... haha ok ok tomorrow got match... hopw we will not trached tt badly la.... ok dear ! i promised i will not get injured! haha promised! u too must sleep early! love u dear... forever! mucks!

wahs... today early in the morning still got training.. .wahs sain man.... then train like siao under the hot sun then tomorrow still got competetion with cat high b boys... wahs comfirm lose 1 la... haiz.... wad to do just play loh lucky dear will not be there os els after the game she dunno where to put her face! haha! lolx! then after training moi legs can hardly hold moi self loh... haiz.... then went to central to meet dear and friends!

today moi group came to moi house to do project loh... then i was so tried loh so i slep then nvr do NEthing... sorri guys! next time i will do alot alot alot of things! haha... then will be falling sick le... coz will not be seeing dear for 2 days! haha.... but rmb our 1 month coming le... on tt day must dress nice nice ok? haha love ya
