[] Qualyfied again for 400m! []wahs sian la... today ran 400m loh... ran like siao!did a 58.82 seconds... than i m suprised that i qualified loh!haha! happy? NO! haha... coz i hate running 400m! but wad to do?got to run! today i came in 3rd in my heats!haha... but only got 5 person running la...but it was a dtrong heat!haha.... but before i run i lost the "feeling" u know wad i m toking abt?the Feeling... ppl hu runs u should know la...haha! ya loh... then still suprised that i still can get 17th fastest... haha! crazy rite? haha!ok ... tromm my 400m semi at 9.45!haha.... sian loh.... dun 1 2 run!haha... then afternoon got my 200m semi! haha... sian! haha....but dear not coming to see.... haiz...sadded loh... but wad to do? force her to comethen she come oso no meaning... sian!haiz... but nvm... still got my sis and my team to support me! haha!haha... so dun need her la! :(ok ok i going to sleep early le... haha tromm will be dead... both semi will come in last de... wait for my bad news ok? chow chow ppl!
